Frame Sizes:

• 21x30cm to fit our 5x7 inch / 13x18cm prints (best for table standing)

• 30x40cm to fit our A4 / 21x29.7cm prints (best for wall hanging)

Paper

High quality colour print onto quality luster semi-gloss white cardstock (261gsm)

 

Frames

Frames are made of a fibreboard material and come in white, black or birch colours. They feature a PH-neutral mount to enhance the print and a clear plastic front, making the frame safer to use.

Turnaround Time

As every print is made to order, we aim to have your digital proof sent to you within 1-2 business days.

Your print will then be ready for shipping within 1-3 business days from the date of proof approval.

 

DELIVERY

Free shipping via Australia Post standard tracked parcel post. Please allow 3-6 business days from date of despatch for delivery (estimate only as provided by Australia Post)

Express post option is available at additional cost. Please allow 2-3 business days from date of despatch (estimate only as provided by Australia Post).

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Flat rate shipping $17 (AUD)

For International orders we use Australia Post International Air Mail. NB: International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.

Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery.

 

Packaging

Shipped flat, in plastic sleeve and with heavy board to protect them.

Cancellations can be requested if within 2 hours of placing an order.

We have endeavoured to represent the colours as best as we can through the photos above, but please note that colour may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

 

Longer names might need to be reduced in size, compared to the name examples shown above.
