As all our products, stationery and invites are custom made to order, we don't accept cancellations or provide refunds.  However, if something is wrong or your order has arrived damaged, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to help fix the issue.

We take your privacy very seriously and never share your personal details or information with any third parties. If you send us any photos or provide us with a review for us on our socials/websites, no personal information will be shown or shared.

SHIPPING

We send all our products and stationery packed with lots of love and care!  We use tracked standard parcel post with Australia Post. We also ship worldwide.

ORDERING + SAMPLES

When ordering personalised items from our shop, we will send you a digital proof for your checking and approval before we go to print.  Unfortunately we are unable to provide a digital proof prior to ordering or payment of your deposit for bespoke stationery.  

For semi-custom stationery - we are currently working on a sample pack for ordering, however if you wish to see a sample  of any specific designs in the meantime, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
