How much will our invites cost?

 

While we have a general pricing list of our base offerings, we prefer to do custom quotes for each client.  Please send us an enquiry about what you're looking for and we can go from there.

 

Can you send me a sample to see if I like it?

Yes certainly!  Once you have found a design you love or have an idea of what you would like for a custom design, send me an email or a facebook message with your details and we will send you a free sample of your design so you can be confident you have made the right choice to contact us!  Additional samples are possible but a fee may be incurred.

What are your standard inclusions?

 

All our invitations, whether they are part of a set or not, come fully assembled and collated and placed into a classic matte white envelope.   We print your guest names & addresses directly onto your envelopes, matching the design of your invitations, a lovely touch to impress your guests straight from the letterbox.  So all you have to do is pop a stamp on it and send!

Guest name personalisation on the invite to match the overall design is also included at no extra charge, if required.  This is a massive time saver and looks neat and professional, all we need from you is list of your guests emailed to us using our provided template.

How long before our invites are finished?

 

Once we have your chosen design confirmed, approximate time frames for your total order to be completed are:

 

  • Deposit payment and wording has been supplied - electronic proof for checking = 5 working days

  • Allow yourself 2-3 days to look over the proof and TRIPLE check all information (checklist is provided)

  • Proof approval and balance payment - printing & delivery = 10 working days

  • From start to finish our process should take about 15 business days, providing we get all the information we need from you in a timely manner.

 

However, some jobs do need more tender love and care!  We'd love to chat about your requirements further to be clear about timeframes for you.

 

 

How can I get my invites?

 

Once payment of the final amount is received, we ship your invitations via registered Australia Post (additional postage costs apply).  We can also arrange for express post if preferred, just let us know.  You should receive your invites between 2-4 business days (depending on where you live). 

 

Once they have been shipped to your delivery address, we will send you an email with tracking information so you know they are on their way to you.

 

Alternatively you can arrange to collect by appointment, at no extra cost.

Can you send my invites out to my guests for me?

 

If the idea of making sure everyone gets the bits and pieces they need with the right envelopes, the correct address (don’t forget the stamp!) is a bit overwhelming…well, we can do it all for you.  We will print, collate & post your order individually to your guests for you… without you even lifting a finger! We'll also pop one in the post to you too, just for keeps!
