Ordering and Samples

Can I see a proof of the artwork before it goes to print?


Yes definitely! We will automatically send you a proof within 2 business days of your order being placed. Once you have carefully checked over your artwork, ensuring all the details are correct and as you would like it, you will need to send us an approval email before we send your order to print.




Does your pricing include envelopes?


Yes, all our pricing includes a blank standard white envelope with those items that require one. You can add guest address printing or upgrade to a coloured printed envelope by going to our 'Envelope Options'. All invitations and envelopes will be delivered to the customer unsealed. All invitations with blank envelopes will be sent packaged in an invitation bundle and an envelope bundle ready for you to write addresses on yourself. This is to avoid all unnecessary handling of your stationery and to ensure your cards arrive pristine and flat in perfect condition.




Can I see a printed sample of my chosen design prior to ordering?


We do not offer samples of individual designs due to the cost involved with set-up of every single design sent to our printers. We will be making sample packs available for purchase which will give you information on cardstock and colours to help you make an informed decision on our stationery.




Do you have minimum quantity I can order?


We do have a minimum quantity for each item which can be found on each item in our shopping cart. Please contact us if you require less than the specific minimum as there will be a feww that applies, depending on the actual quantity you require.
